About Us

Founded in 2021, LucaBridge is a Hong Kong charity registered under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. We work across five service areas — conservation, poverty relief, elderly care, campus programmes and volunteer development — connecting people in need with volunteers and community partners.

Background & development

How we started and where we serve

Reimagining Charity Through Innovation

Founded in 2021, we are a charity dedicated to driving social change through innovative approaches.

In a fast-changing era, we believe traditional models of giving need new energy and new thinking. We break away from the conventional charity framework, combining technology, cross-sector collaboration and modern community engagement to find more sustainable, more impactful solutions for the social and environmental issues that need attention.

Our Philosophy and Mission

We are not just a charity — we are a platform where creativity and goodwill come together. Our mission is to:

  • Innovative Impact: Reshape charitable action with science, technology and innovative thinking, improving the transparency and effectiveness of every initiative.
  • Cross-sector Collaboration: Connect partners across fields — from environmental and faith groups to academia and the wider community — bringing together cross-sector strength to tackle complex social and ecological challenges.
  • Sustainable Legacy: We focus on long-term impact, passing on restored, sustainable environments and an inclusive society to the next generation through systematic projects and education.

How We Work

Since our founding, we have continued to explore the many possibilities of doing good:

  1. Science-based and data-driven: Turning traditional acts of kindness into precisely evaluated, trackable action (such as our science-based conservation and local ecological restoration programmes), so every act of goodwill delivers maximum value.
  2. Immersive and interactive experiences: Diverse, gamified, cross-sector activities that make it easy — and fun — for the public, especially younger generations, to take part in charity and experience the joy of giving.
  3. Transparency and trust: An open, transparent way of operating so every supporter and donor can clearly see the real change and social impact their action creates.

Join Us

Change begins with one innovative idea, and grows through every act that brings people together.

Whether you're a partner seeking cross-sector collaboration, a volunteer passionate about giving back, or a donor who shares our vision — we warmly invite you to join us in bringing a better future to society and our planet, through creativity and care.

Mission & objectives

Our five service areas

Vision

To connect generations through innovative thinking, break down age barriers, and build a vibrant, sustainable, cross-generational and inclusive society.

Mission

To combine technology, cross-sector creativity and community strength — giving young people a platform for self-discovery and growth, while bringing renewed enthusiasm for life to the elderly, and fostering understanding, inclusion and mutual support across generations.

Objectives

  • Cross-generational Inclusion & Empowerment: Break down the traditional divide between elderly and youth services through “cross-generational co-creation” projects (such as youth teaching elders esports and digital tools, or elders mentoring youth on career and life skills), fostering two-way learning and the passing on of experience.
  • Youth Innovation & Potential: Use technology, culture, the arts and innovative experiences to spark creativity in young people, building social responsibility and leadership.
  • Active Ageing & Wellbeing for the Elderly: Use immersive experiences, contemporary cultural activities and digital social platforms to help elders stay physically and mentally active, boosting self-worth and social participation.
  • Building an Innovative Charity Ecosystem: Connect businesses, schools, the tech sector and arts organisations to run charitable projects in fresh, transparent ways, engaging more young people in cross-generational issues for the long term.
